Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Vislo Malaysia (Managed by Pk Solutions). We strive to ensure that our products and services meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
No Refunds Policy:
- All purchases of digital products and services provided by Vislo Malaysia (Managed by Pk Solutions), including but not limited to software subscriptions, digital tools, and other non-tangible services, are non-refundable.
- Once your order is confirmed and the product is delivered/access granted, you will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation of past charges.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to the product or service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be applied after the cancellation is processed. However, no refunds or prorated credits will be provided for the remaining period in your billing cycle.
Exceptions:
- In the event of technical errors or issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the product or service, please contact our support team at support-online@vislo.com.my, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for our technical team to address any product delivery or access issues. If the issue persists, we may provide alternative solutions based on the specific circumstances.
